Taking in all fifteen of Wales' 3,000 foot peaks, this 3-day sea-to-summit adventure will cover the best that Snowdonia has to offer in terms of summer hill walking. Bagging all fifteen peaks is an achievement to be proud of.
Day 1 starts at sea level in Llanfairfechan. We begin by ascending through neat pastures before continuing onto the rugged Carneddau Range. In all we will take in seven 3,000 foot peaks; a long day of over 20km but immensely rewarding and should the weather be kind, one of spectacular mountain views. Peaks; Foel-fras, Garnedd Uchaf, Foel Grach, Carnedd Llewelyn, Yr Elen, Carnedd Dafydd & Pen yr Ole Wen.
Day 2 is a slightly more leisurely affair but still no push-over! The Glyderau Range packs five of the 3,000 foot peaks including the mighty and beautiful Tryfan with the famous summit challenge of jumping between the twin monoliths Adam and Eve. Peaks; Tryfan, Glyder Fach, Glyder Fawr, Y Garn & Elidir Fawr.
Day 3 traverses the Snowdon Horseshoe via Crib Goch and its knife-edge ridge. Finally we reach Snowdon itself at 3,560 feet, the last 3,000 foot peak; a fitting finale and reward. Peaks; Crib Goch, Crib y Ddysgl & Snowdon.
