The trip price is quoted in US$. The payment can be made in ?hard currency? at the current published rate against the US$. The payment can also be made in US$ cash or Travelers Cheque. Payment can also be made on Visa Card, Master Cards, , and in which cash payment will be calculated and shown in Nepali rupees at the current rate against the US$. There is a surcharge of 3.5% when payment is paid with a credit card. A deposit payment of 35% the trip cost is required at the time of booking or no later than 10 days before departure date. Your place on any trip will not be guaranteed or held unless the deposit is paid. Balance of payment or full payment is required 7 day prior to the trip departure.
