Guided trek across Ganjalaa

Ganjala Pass Trekking (5200m) placed in Langtang region, north from Kathmandu valley. The significant experience of this trail is archetypal Sherpa village and their individual but imaginary culture. The ancient Buddhist monasteries, heritage related to Buddhist and other casts can be seen in these trails. You can involve in their culture and see them and their daily life.

Himal Chuli (7893m), Manaslu (8156m) Ganesh Himal (7406m), Langtang Lirung (7240m) and other holy Himal and caves and Lakes are dramatic views along this treks. You got chance to experience exclusively wilderness and adventure trekking. The colorful flowers including rhododendron are amazing and the cry of different birds and peep of many wild animals in the trails are absolutely impressive. In the 14 days trip the local and experienced Guide try to introduce you with local village, environment, nature and distinctive people and their culture. ITINERARY DETAIL

Day 01: Arrival at Kathmandu

Your flight will be landed at the international airport of Nepal. A representative of Guide-Nepal will be there to welcome you with the warm greetings and then we will be guided towards the hotel room of Kathmandu. The night will be at Kathmandu discussing about the trekking along with the crew members.

Day 02: Kathmandu to Syabrubesi

Early morning, we will enjoy the breakfast at the hotel of Kathmandu and will move towards the vehicle to drive towards the Syabrubesi. The drive will go for about 7 to 8 hours. The scenic drive will surely mesmerizes us during the whole trek. We will follow the Trishuli River during the whole trek. The night will be splendid at Syabrubesi at the altitude of 2030m above sea level.

Day 03: Syabrubesi to lama hotel

From Syabrubesi, we will walk through the forest viewing the best scene of the surrounding. We will climb towards the Lama Hotel to stay the night enjoying at the place. The lama hotel is at the height of 2340m above sea level.

Day 04: Lama Hotel to Langtang valley

From lama hotel, we will trek through the forest of rhododendron and pine forest. We will walk to Ghora Tabala. Walking for about 6 to 7 hours will be enough for us to reach at the Langtang valley. It is one of the big settlements of Tamang community of the region. The night will be at Langtang valley at the altitude of 3330m.

Day 05: Langtang valley to Kyangjin Gompa

From the Langtang valley, we will continue to move towards the Kyangjin Gompa viewing the great scenario of the surrounding. The path goes easily to through the trail. The trail goes for about 5 to 6 hours to reach at Kyangjin Gompa to the altitude of 3730m above sea level. The night will be at Kyangjin Gompa viewing the great scenario of the mountain along with Mt. Ganchempo and Langtang Himal. We will stay the night at Kyangjin Gompa visiting the surrounding of the region.

Day 06: Kyangjin Gompa to Ngegang

From Kyangjin Gompa, we will follow the ascending way through the forest area. The Ngegang is a beautiful place to set up our camp for the night. The Ngegang is at the altitude of 4000m above sea level.

Day 07: Trek to Keldang

From Ngegang, we will walk towards the little bit strenuous path to Keldang. We will walk towards the Ganjala situating at the height of 5100m. We will definitely spend some of our quality time at Ganjala pass which will offers us the best scene of the surrounding. After watching the great view of the surrounding, we will walk towards the Keldang to the altitude of 5106m above sea level. The night will be at Keldang.

Day 08: Keldang to Dukpu

From Keldang, we will walk towards the Dukpu visiting the forest area with the hiding view of mountain from different places. The trekking to this trail will go through beautiful pasturelands and meadows. Viewing the amazing view of the surrounding will enables us to reach at Dukpu at the altitude of 4080m above sea level.

Day 09: Dukpu to Tarkeghyang

From Dukpu, we will walk towards the Tarkeghyang to the altitude of 4100m above sea level. The trail will offers us the spectacular view of the surrounding along with the beautiful view of the rhododendron forest and pine forest. The night will be splendid at Tarkeghyang at the altitude of 2740m above sea level.

Day 10: Trek to Sermathang

From Tarkeghyang, we will follow the easier trail to Sermathang. There is situated a small village n the way to Sermathang to the altitude of 2621m above sea level. The Sermathang is a beautiful Sherpa village of the region. The viewpoints will offer us great view of the Jugal Himal along with the surrounding mountain. The night will be at Sermathang.

Day 11: Trek to Melamchi Pul bazaar

From Sermathang, we will come across the way to enter the beautiful village or bazaar of Melamchi. The trekking to this region will be our last trekking of the place. The journey will equally provide us great view of the surrounding including meadows and pasturelands. The Melamchi Pul bazaar is at the altitude of 846m. The night will be at Melamchi Pul

Equipment to bring: While travelling we should be careful to pack our necessary things with us. Travel agents may help you to carry or to pack the necessary things while travelling. The travelling equipments may be different according to the trekking or expedition. The shoes and clothing should be different while climbing than during trekking. The first and foremost thing that the trekkers shouldn't forget is their visa and passport. Then the equipments will differ according to the trekking, expedition or mountain climbing. While trekking, we should wear light shoes along with comfortable clothes. The problem of lodging and fooding will bear by the trekking agency itself. Along with the clothes and shoes, we should carry the important medicines and some pain killer while making our trek which will helps us to continue our tour without waiting. We have to carry the essential things like water bottles, tooth paste, brush, soap, handkerchief with us during the trekking to maintain hygiene. During the expedition and climbing period, we should carefully check many things. The list will be obviously long. The things like shoes and clothes which are absolutely needed should be warm but easy. They shouldn't disturb us while climbing and also should control the cold while walking at the high lands. Similarly, carrying some ropes and ice axe is absolutely necessary during the expedition and mountain climbing. We also may carry the tent to set up the camps at different height to spend the night.
