It will give us enormous pleasure to introduce you to an astounding view of the worlds highest peak. Perhaps in viewing Everest in this way, you will be fulfilling a long held desire. Certainly you will never be quite the same again. Ever since the days of early climbing expeditions, this 8,848m mountain has had a lure of its own, drawing climbers to scale it and trekkers to gaze on its icy faces. It easy to see why the trek to the base camp of Mount Everest has become one of the most popular routes in Nepal.

We start our trek from Lukla after a 30 minute flight from Kathmandu. When we land at that tiny airstrip, the adventure really begins. During trekking, we spend several days moving through the homelands of the Sherpa people, and will see Buddhist monasteries and close up views of Mt. Everest and neighboring Ama Dablam, considered by many to be among the most beautiful mountains in Nepal. We spend 2 nights at Namche Bazaar, the bustling market town in the heart of Sh

Detail Itinerary

Day 01:Arrive at Kathmandu airport (1345m meters). You will be met by our representative and transfer to hotel and a short brief about the trekking after refreshment.Arrival at Tribhuwan International Airport in Kathmandu .Meet Airport Representative Of Welcome Nepal Treks and transfer to hotel on car/bus/van/ as arranged.

Day 02: Fly to Lukla (2804 meters) from Kathmandu, trek to Phakding (2610 meters).Morning flight to Lukla , Breakfast at Lukla and trek to Phakding. (2610mtrs) , moderate day walk through village, forest and riverbank

Day 03: Trek to Namche Bazaar (3441 meters).Trek to Namche Bazaar (3440m). walk through village and forest 0600 hours. Glimpse of Thamsherku Mountain and also Mt. Everest if the weather is clear. Last 2 hrs walk will be the toughest uphill walk

Day 04: Namche Bazaar Acclimatization day. Hike to everest view hotel.Acclimatization day at Namche Bazzar. walk up to Everest View Hotel, 2 hours, back to Namche , free evening for shopping, internet, enjoy in lodge etc.

Day 05: Trek to Tengboche Monastery (3860 meters).Trek to Tengboche(3860mtr) 5 hrs., walk through village , stream and forest, here the main route to Base Camp splits up with another famous route to Goyo lake trekking, lunch at Phortse Tanga alongside the river, last 2 hrs. uphill until the hotel, visit around Tengboche Monastery, watch a short slideshow in a small eco-home theater if you are interested

Day 06: Trek to Dingboche (4410 meters).Trek up to Dingboche(4410m). walk through Pangboche village 5:30 hours, beautiful view of Amadublum, Tamsherku etc , easy day Acclimatization day at Dinboche. hike up to Chhukung 4:25 hours, eat lunch there if you want, back to Dingboche, crucial Night in terms of High Altitude Symptoms, there is a clinic at next village Pheriche if you need for to check your health condition etc.

Day 07: Dinboche - Duglha (4600m)Trek to Chhukung valley through Deboche (Probably Lunch Place), easy morning, one hr. uphill after lunch, walk through the valley around total 5:30 hours walk

Day 08: Trek to Lobuche (4910 meters).Trek to Lobuche (4910m) through Deboche (Probably Lunch Place), easy morning, one hr. uphill after lunch, walk through the valley around total 5:30 hours walk

Day 09: Trek to Everest Base Camp (5365 meters) then back to Gorak Shep (5180 meters).Trek to Gorak Shep 5153 mtrs, 0230 hrs walk, Lunch Break, continue walk to EBC(5363m), 0230 hrs, there you are, back to Gorakshep(5153m). sleep at Gorakshep, toughest day around 0730 hrs walk.

Day 10: Hike up Kalapattar (5545 meters) to see the sunrise and panoramic view including of Everest then trek down to Pheriche (4200 meter).Early morning around 0500 am hike up to Kalapathar(5545mtrs), 2 hrs., view sunrise over Mt. Everest back to hotel , breakfast and trek down to Pheriche. 5 hours

Day 11: Trek to Namche Bazaar (3441 meters).Trek to Namche Bazaar (3440m). walking 6:30 hours, O/N at guest house, longest day walk but exciting for warmer weather, bigger village, god hot shower and food

Day 12: Trek to Lukla (3404 meters).Trek down to Lukla(2840m).Last day walk lunch break at Phakding, Walking 6:30 hours, Last evening at Lukla, buy a dinner for your porters, give some tips if you are happy with their service

Day 13: Flight from Lukla to Kathmandu in the morning.Morning Flight to Kathmandu, 30 minutes , weather sometimes can postpone your flight for indefinite time

Day 14: Transfer to international airport for your final flight departure. Fly back to your country or next destination.

Before confirm the trip through our organization Trekkers, Travelers, Mountaineers and adventure enthusiastic should know following term and condition of Welcome nepal treks and tours . we encourage you to read them carefully: When you confirmed trip, we need 30% down payment of the total price for advance flight tickets and hotel booking and permit process. Bank service charge should be paid by the clients themselves at the time of deposit. All payments should be made in foreign exchange Group leaders travel free for groups of minimum 15 paying or more. But we will provide 50% discount for a group of minimum 10 paying. (Flights and Government fees not included). Final payment to be paid before departure from Kathmandu or Welcome nepal treks counter nearest to your tour and trekking destination. Payment excepted by credit card (4% extra will be levied to you as credit card processing fee), cash, bank draft, or bank account wire. It should provide adequate protection for the full duration of the tour and trekking to cover personal injury, medical expenses, repatriation expenses, helicopter evacuation, loss of luggage etc. Insurance: personal travel insurance is not included in the holiday prices quoted. While every effort is made to ensure the safety of all participants, it is a condition of booking that you take out a personal travel insurance policy. To protect against unforeseen circumstances, it is advisable to take a "Trip cancellations and medical insurance policy" before your arrival into Kathmandu. Such medical policy should cover transportation costs in the event of helicopter or surface evacuation being required. This is especially mandatory for those taking treks in high altitude. Cancellation: Cancellation of a confirmed booking must be made by the client in written form; either by fax or email at least 2 weeks prior to the departure date of any trip booked for. The same 30% of deposit which is paid in advance for confirmation, will apply as cancellation fee. Prices: Due to circumstances such as increase in prices by airlines, hotels, resorts, we may have to enforce changes in our tour prices and we shall not be held liable for these circumstances. We shall of course, try our utmost not to increase prices!
